SOUL Management in Organization

This conceptual paper proposes SOUL management model from Islamic perspective of organizational psychology for high performance. The proposed model offers that SOUL management is the ultimate components of Spiritual psyche/soul development that lead to better and superior performance in organizations. The climax of the model is that it suggests to strengthen employees’ SOUL to lessens deviant work/negative behavior. Regarding this, secondary data of conventional and Islamic literature was examined to induce the propose model. The model is viewed to benefit both Islamic and non-Islamic organizations. Furthermore, this paper is first of its kinds to propose the model for the betterment of organizations and society overall. Along the similar lines, future research may apply deductive approach to test the model empirically in organizations.
