Correlational coefficient and regression research methodology techniques were also used to determine the impact of OC on EE. Initial findings suggest that there is a strong correlation between organisational culture and employee empowerment in the retail sector. The research findings would benefit the current workforce as well as retail organisations in our modern retail industry to improve their work strategies in all circumstances.
