Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing would had been considered as exciting buzzword in Industry five years back, but not anymore. They are reality, and they are solving more complex problems than ever. Whether it is infiltration of terrorists at the borders, or presidential election in a country, or finding cure for life threatening diseases, AI is playing its part to solve hardest of the problems existing on the planet. Knowledge Management has also seen changes in its approach and methods in last decade. From traditional database model, it has evolved to more collaborative model, thanks to the flood of enterprise social collaboration solutions. But in the age of cognitive computing, it has to evolve again. Knowledge capture and knowledge supply should be made very easy and accurate. Very soon days will be over when knowledge worker will search for knowledge to solve the problem at hand currently. Instead our KM system has to be so smart that it should understand the demographics and behavior of knowledge worker and push content as per his demographics and behavior.
