The Secrets of A Positive Educator: Anger Management for Teachers

Abstract

People are affected by different kinds of emotions. They struggle and suffer from the emotional discomfort. By nature, human beings strive with a variety of psychological pain like challenging emotions and thoughts, their singing moods, their sad memories, and their rejected feelings. They worry about them, think about them, offend them, predict and fear them. At the same moment, people show great courage, true sympathy, and an impressive potentiality and proficiency to proceed in spite of the most critical and personal history. Even if they know that contacting with others might hurt them, humans turn to cope with others. However, by time they learn how to live the present and they have the keys for their own happiness and enjoyment. This study offers a mini guide about how to take yourself from suffering to engagement in life activities. We discuss a different kind of communication, one that touches the heart and haunts the soul. It is based on the ACT (The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which offers a new perspective in behavioral and cognitive therapy that supports ongoing self-awareness and anger management.
