Learning to Create Culture in Classes

This ethnographic study describes a responsive teaching culture that values student identity, background, and cultural references as the main tools for building a meaningful learning environment. I researched the relationship between teachers and students and teachers and parents, how a teacher approaches students and parents. And how a teacher can develop a classroom social environment through classroom group learning where students agree to work with teachers and fellow students in pursuing academic growth.
