Higher Education Institution as Educational Organization for the Technical-Professional Qualification Economic Growth of Angola

The first phase of the present study was developed with the purpose of establishing the relationship between the quality of teaching used in Higher Education Institutions and the quality of learning of graduates from universities and teacher training institutions in Angola. From our research question, we obtained three variables (role of Higher Education Institution as an educational organization, quality of education and economic growth, development of the country). From the target population, a sample of 53 trainers and trainees from post-secondary school institutions was chosen based on sex, age, and profession. This research used an interview with 45 questions to examine the ideas of teachers, students, graduates and employers about the quality of the knowledge of recent graduates. The fieldwork was smooth and respondents were interested in answering our questions. The research result confirms and confirms our research question, showing that, "the development of the country depends on the quality level of its staff". On the contrary, the results of the research indicate that 60% of the graduates of several courses present great weaknesses in their specific areas of training. Some educational institutions struggle to find qualified trainers, sufficient support and institutional support, to provide all the necessary conditions to achieve the results required by the context and universally standardized commitment.
