Abstract
We consider the use of virtual reality to set up an effective and efficient market investigation. Through a 10-15 min test, it is possible to have quick and interesting customer feedback. This method could be used by large hotel chains as well as small hotels whose ultimate goal is to improve hotel service, while keeping an eye on the various services and resources used.
