Abstract
This research study reviews the operational management practices of hotels and resorts in the Rinconada district along with the four operational service settings namely: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Kitchen. Specifically, this research undertaking is to appraise the level of awareness and, the extent of implementation of the operations management practices of hotels and resorts as appraised by the respondents along Front Office / Desk, House Keeping, Food and Beverage, and Kitchen. The researcher treated the data gathered statistically through the use of frequency count, percentage, weighted mean, rank- ordering, Likert scale, and Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test or U Test.
