Juan Molas studied Tourism Marketing and Hotel Management and after a professional training process, managed the Hotel Reina Elisenda on the Costa Brava, this being his first position as manager at the age of 22. From 1975 to 1986 he was the Commercial Director of Unión Hoteles Independientes. From 1987 to 2004 he was the Managing Director of H10 Hotels. President of CEHAT (Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation) from 2007 to 2019. President of the ITH (Hotel Technology Institute) from 2008 to 2020. President of CONFECAT (Catalan Hospitality Confederation) from 2002 to 2018. Member of the CEOE Board of Directors, from 2011 to 2019. President of the Tourism Board of Spain since January 2020. President of COPERNICUS HOSPITALITY. In the year 2000 he received the Tourism Medal of Catalonia. In 2011 he received the Medal of Tourism Merit from the Government of Spain.

Santiago Vallejo Sanchez-Monge is a Vice President of the Spanish Tourism Board and President of the Spanish Association of Tourism Professionals. He also has been the Managing Director, Expert advisor in the tourism and mobility sector, providing solutions through technology to lead innovative projects that respond to the needs of current clients. He has great experience in managing companies at different times and business cycles: restructuring, transformation, launch, and entrepreneurship.
