Abstract

The workforce presents challenges and opportunities for younger generations, aging societies, managers, and human resources. Through case scenarios and group discussion, this study reviews strategies to improve communication and successfully navigate workforce interactions. We consider opportunities to become better co-workers, team players, mentors and will address workforce challenges related to multi-generational workforce ethics. The glass is half-full, and our ability to communicate, solve problems, and change when needed are essential for seniors and younger generations within the workforce environment.
