Abstract
When COVID-19 pandemic hits the Philippines in 2020, most learning institutions were greatly affected. The study assesses the learning condition of college students after pandemic. Mixed method research is used to attain comprehensive output for the study. The results show that a new mode of instruction should be introduced for the post-pandemic clients.
