Abstract
Traditional learning modalities in all educational institutions in the Philippines were abruptly shifted to a class-less manner when COVID-19 hit the country in 2020. The study assesses the effectiveness of post-pandemic learning modalities namely: online, modular, and blended as new Learning Management System (LMS). Mixed method research was used to attain the comprehensive result of the study. The output of the study shows that the new Learning Management System is considered as state-of the-art in the field of instruction.
