This can empower researchers in becoming more aware of the steps in which they access inner wisdom, experience self-truth, and communicate it to others in a logical, structured way. I review knowledge-gaining experiences, as described by researchers and artists, looking at three steps: inner observation, elusive memory, and thoughts. I then share a practical method that helps ‘capture’ self-knowledge by simplifying ideas into key-words and communicating them in a concise way. The workshop offers an introduction to the method. Together, we will develop key-words, a short paragraph of text and also a simply collage (no artistic skills required). The collage will act as a ‘visual’ reference point to reflect on the text.
