Abstract
Through the academic year of 2019-2020, a faculty-staff learning community is exploring the way in which to reduce the equity gap at California State University - East Bay. One project, in this exploration, is to look at the way in which learning teams, based on agile project management techniques, can be utilized to enhance interdisciplinary mutual support groups through the course of an academic year. This focussed discussion will engage participants in sharing experiences of the way in which working groups, cohorts, and similar learning teams, have been utilized, and cyclical processes of consultation, planning, implementation, and reflection also undertaken.
