Abstract

The paper analyses the sufficiency of transgender persons’ rights under the legal corpus of Pakistan and also evaluates as to whether effective enforcement is being made to ensure rights. In this study, a critical analysis of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 has been shared as well as the results of a field survey conducted to gauge the response of stakeholders.
