Religions and Their Role in Coming Century

Abstract

With increasing repository of knowledge, ignorance is increasing as well. Pockets of knowledge are becoming nuclei. Failures of economies, pandemic and political unrest would force humans to fall back to God’s mercy, as religions will continue to influence masses irrespective of science and technology raising its bar incessantly. However, a particular section of society would realize greater truths and would be willing to mold a global religion, realizing the practical need of it. They would belong to first of the three natural factions of intellect and psyche which are honestly cognizant of truth, egoistically defiant of prevailing notions, and confused in between these extremes. The 3000 year old narrower definitions of Gods shall widen, not only due to the hate ideologies and political rift it leads to, but mainly due to the psychological benefits and peace of mind obtained by the broader choice of personalized Gods owing to individual tastes and needs, yet kept under one umbrella due to Spiritual oneness, resulting in the most coherent and harmonious way of life. The more perceptible forms of Gods shall be realized in the coming days of scarce resources, water, air and Sun bringing back the notions when conducive nature and kind people were designated as Gods or Avatars, and provided immediate psychological comfort. Humanity would flourish spiritually becoming less selfish and expiating sins against nature. Science and technology will continue to flourish, not by gadgets, but by controlling minds and defining souls scientifically. This study elaborates how in graphical details.
