Abstract
The study considers online exchanges, and how they may enhance global competencies and awareness among students. Discussion of some of the best practices on Collaborative Online Learning are shared. The paper also looks at a cross cultural comparison between different institutions and the challenges involved in online exchanges. Moreover, a case study is also incorporated.
