Abstract
The repercussions of COVID-19 pandemic have varying impacts among the non-academic personnel of the Bulacan State University. The study shares details of post-pandemic employment practices adapted by the university non-academic personnel. Mixed methods research were utilized such as quantitative, qualitative, face to face interview, focus group discussion, ethnographic study and library research in order to achieve the all-inclusive result of the study. Preliminary result exhibits that the “new normal” employment practices shifted to another mode of school operations.
