Why Feelings Aren't Enough : A Balanced Approach to Garnering Buy-in for Diversity Initiatives

Abstract

As much as we want organizations to adopt and expand their DE&I efforts because it’s the right thing to do, leading organizational change requires both the head and the heart to be in alignment. To achieve success in implementing and sustaining diversity initiatives, leaders need a balanced approach. This experiential program will bring to life the often-conflicting ideologies of heart-led and fact-driven stakeholder engagement, and leave a participants with actionable strategies to improve outcomes in their organizations.
