Resumen
The paper describes the methodological construction and the main findings of the empirical application of the analytical model proposed for the counterfactual evaluation of the results and impact of a programme on employability and human rights for gypsy women (Calí). The Programme is developed by Fundación Secretariado Gitano (Spain). The evaluation was carried over two years (2021-2022). The beneficiaries were more than 4,000 women between 2016 and 2022. Gender diversity was studied through three criteria: intra-gender, community and intersectional. The analytical model proved successful and provided differential data of interest for the interpretation of the overall results from the gender perspective and from a broader diversity approach.
