Transforming Workplace Culture Through Technology and Science : Delivering Equitable Workplaces by Leveling the Playing Field for All Employees

Abstract

The team at the Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion at Dublin City University, Ireland, has researched, designed and built inclusion software; four years in R&D and designed to solve a global problem. Working with a team of global academic and industry partners, the platform delivers a scientific, evidence based approach to workplace culture, diversity and inclusion. In the same way that every vote counts in an election, every anonymous interaction an employee has with the software helps shape the organisation’s approach to inclusion and diversity. The Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), transforms the employee data into insights and actions for managers and leaders, providing the data required for a truly inclusive working environment for all.
