Eric Davoine is Professor of Human Resource Management and Intercultural Management at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland, board member of the association of French speaking HRM researchers (AGRH), co-director of university executive programmes in the field of HRM and Philosophy for managers, Member of editorial and reviewer boards of several journals as Career development International, Journal of Global Mobility, Revue GRH and Management International. His research results have been published in International Business Review, International Journal of Human Resources Management, International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management and European Societies. He is currently carrying research projects on international career mobility and integration of highly skilled workforce, among others a research project on new (im)mobilities and new virtual work practices funded by the Swiss NCCR On-the-Move co-led by Dr. Flavia Cangia (University of Fribourg) and Prof. Xavier Salamin (HES Valais).
