Abstract
The field of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), like many others, is continuously evolving as marketplace demands and workplace requirements change. CTR Factor has a unique perspective on this changing landscape as a result of the consulting and training work we do across companies, sectors, and geographies. This session leverages this broad strategic perspective to postulate a new model for D&I that encapsulates this evolution, highlights how this model is different from traditional perspectives on this topic, and stimulates thought about how companies may need to adapt to this changing environment.
