Abstract
How can we prepare the next generation of doctors to treat patients in the context of a climate crisis? I present the work of the Planetary Health Report Card, an international student-led project which aims to drive changes to the curriculae of medical schools to better equip doctors to tackle the climate crisis. Using real world examples of innovation in the field, I showcase practical solutions that doctors can and have used to adapt to and mitigate climate change. Finally I present a vision for how medical practise must rapidly adapt in the 21st century towards a prevention focused model to truly become sustainable.
