Abstract
This is a discussion of interest to members of all industries to consider how they can reduce the amount of carbon released into the atmosphere. It is not just a matter of paying to pollute, but it is about how options for industries reduce emmisions. This starts from proper housekeeping around the premises to minimising the amount of waste to be burnt or disposed by promoting the use of 3Rs i.e. re-use, reduce and recycle.
