Abstract
Nature has been identified as the regulatory machine of both hydrological and climate cycles at global and local scales. However, our knowledge on the affectations of climate change on the provision of nature based regulatory services still in its infancy. We propose a transdisciplinary dialogue to explore the interface between informatics (hardware and software development) and environmental sciences to promote the generation of tools that guarantee the generation of data and analyses allowing for a quantification of ecosystem services under climate variability scenarios.
