Explore the possibilities of creative expression and awaken the child-like curiosity within. Using the medium of ink, I invite you to tap into your subconscious/unconscious and learn how art can be a tool for emotional expression, reflection, and healing. By attending this collaborative session you will learn: (1) The framework for creative expression as a tool (2) The benefits of it as a health and wellness practice (3) The application of this practice in our daily lives Beyond the physical artifact, this meditative practice has left participants with a sense of wonder, a feeling of ease, and the clarity that comes from free-flow art.
