Abstract
This workshop considers the proactive ways that we as artists and educators can enhance and foster more diverse, inclusive, and equitable environments in our community. During this workshop, through interactive investigation and creative brainstorming, we will develop actionable steps to bring historically marginalized voices to the forefront of our industry.
