Lively Matter and Kinetic Ideation: (re)Framing Conceptions of Self and Society through Material Discursive Encounters

Abstract

A researcher ironically utilizes a structure as foundational support for arts-based post-structural inquiry “in the round” through dynamic narrative analysis. Incorporating interactive visual, conceptual, and metaphoric representations while sifting motivations, desires, and (in)tensions; matter and artist/educator are (re)shaped in a generative collaborative becoming with critical scholarship, post philosophies and timespace mattering. Artistic inquiry is both catalyst and vehicle of expression for the productive (re)framings and essential endurings of self, society, and “salient bits”.
