Y-T-B-T { e a r w i n g s } performance: { e a r w i n g s } is a cluster of alternative listening-specific participatory opportunities produced by Tiny Disasters™, a collaboration between Caroline Park and Julie Andreyev. { e a r w i n g s } facilitates occasions for individual and social acts of listening, to emerge unconventional forms of sensing-feeling-knowing. { e a r w i n g s } invites participants to transform and transgress through listening-actions. Human bodies are coaxed into becoming-animal as earcreatures enacting radical forms of listening, destabilizing customary ways of knowing that favour seeing/languaging. Tiny Disasters will perform a yet-to-be-titled live sonic action. They will plug-in twin theremins for an infinite reverb of continuous improvisational listening-responding, with bird communications.
