Sustainability-Centric Learning
Abstract
This paper presents an overview of concepts and learning perspectives that characterize a proposal of Sustainability-Centric Higher Education (SCHE) that is based on United Nations Environmental and Sustainable Development Education, Jean Piaget’s Constructivism, Design Thinking, and Experimental Learning. Results of a case study demonstrated how a group of undergraduate students of Ethics in Organizations at the School of Management of the Federal University of Parana (Curitiba, Brazil) have responded to the proposed approach to SCHE.
