Abstract

The study examined the extent to which sexual orientation topics were addressed in business schools in Turkey. The data was obtained from 75 heads of management departments in Turkey. The findings indicate that 69% of business departments did not address sexual orientation topics in their curriculum. The study aimed to create awareness in sexual orientation topics in business education to make Turkey an open society where we all care for one another, as one people, whatever our race, religion, sexual orientation or background.
