Abstract

Organization Development (OD) is a process that requires commitment from all levels, with the overall goal of improving effectiveness and the health of your business. This course examines the history of OD as a discipline, how it has evolved over the decades, and what companies can learn from the research and theories developed by OD professionals. You will explore the challenges of OD and why many still exist today; and you will learn how to apply the lessons of the past to your organization’s future. You will also examine many different OD models, and learn how to apply these models to individual, team, and corporate situations.
