Abstract

The situation problem object of this investigation had as a reference point the analysis perceptions of the teachers linked to the project for the transformation of technical and technological education (2006) led by the Ministry of National Education which in the partnership framework with the University of Cartagena and the aquaculture production sector has been called Technical and Technological Fishfarming and Aquaculture Formation Project (2006-2009) in the respective academic programs of the University of Cartagena, Colombia, having into account the pedagogical practices developed by the teachers in the articulation framework between technical secondary and the professional technical education in the schools located in the area of economic and social development of the Dique Canal of Colombia in the Bolivar Department. From the perception about the pedagogical practices that the chosen teachers have done for the study the next questions have been selected as a criteria for the analysis: How the pedagogical practices of the teachers in the Zodes Dique technical secondary education of the Bolivar department make an impact on the articulation processes between this level and the one of professional technical formation of this area? What elements characterize the teacher’s pedagogical practices of Zodes Dique technical secondary education in the articulation process with the professional technical formation? What commitments are assumed by the teachers from their pedagogical practices in the Zodes productive development processes? What degree of sensitivity shows the teacher to promote a social and meaningful change within the particular context of practice? What are the criteria and / or guideline applied for the teachers from the pedagogical practice to the implementation of new and innovative formation proposals? How can the flexible curricula enhance the pedagogical practice and make it more relevant? The analysis and discussions of these questions allowed generating a number of conclusions and recommendations that can be useful for the future articulation processes in the framework of the Colombian Educational System.
