Abstract

MHealth has a crucial role to play as it can improve communication and enhance the integration of health care processes. The aim of this study is to explore and identify a set of determinants of adoption of mHealth services by patients in Hail city, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researchers will conduct a quantitative research to achieve this aim. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model will be used to guide the research and questioners will be distributed to collect the data from a selected hospitals and primary healthcare centers. The research comprehensive analysis and results would expand an area of mHealth in Saudi Arabia, which is still theoretically and empirically not adequately explored.
