Abstract

The approach of this proposal part of the investigation prior to a real case study. Its purpose is the application of a methodology to complement and enrich the educational model Competency, while ideology promotes a proactive student community in higher education. Where innovative thinking and self-learning are the engine that allows a significant change within the education system and the workplace. For this, a collection of various tools within the parameters of the methodology of design thinking, fade to guide students through a philosophy of values like empathy, collaboration and innovation took place.
