Abstract

The approach of this proposal part of the investigation prior to a real case study. Its purpose is the application of a methodology to complement and enrich the educational model Competency, while ideology promotes a proactive student community in higher education. Where innovative thinking and self-learning are the engine that allows a significant change within the education system and the workplace. For this, a collection of various tools within the parameters of the methodology of design thinking, fade to guide students through a philosophy of values like empathy, collaboration and innovation took place. Which, seen from the perspective of the current workforce, skills become necessary for professional development in any discipline. Making this proposal, a solution to the weaknesses and needs of the educational model for higher education skills.
